"Our stay was really good, staff was kind and helpful. Hotel was clean. Our only couple of issues. Firstly, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work , we were in H7125. We let the front desk know, but they didn’t seem to care, also the bathroom door is a slider door, and you can hear everything of what someone is doing, if you’re shy about doing your business and don’t want people to hear, this may not be the hotel for you. secondly, we were charged $20 a day for parking, but we valet. The check out receptionist, asked me “then why did you mark self parking on the kiosk?” I didn’t, the woman helping run kiosk pushed all the buttons with asking only minimal questions. I was told my bill would be adjusted, and to expect a refund, it’s been a week, and nothing. Other than that, it was a great stay! If you can get a room in the habitat tower facing the flamingo exhibit, it’s fantastic!!"

"While the property was excellent and the rooms spacious and clean, it was the staff that made the stay wonderful. My only recommendation is the lighting in the rooms. There should be light switches near the beds to control the intensity of the lighting and the only choices available is all the lights on at once, all the lights off, and dim. But the dim is too bright to allow one to sleep and the other work. It is a small issue and the only one we noticed. Great stay."
