She cleaned my room spectacular and never made me feel bad about how I had vomit in the restroom. She was so nice. A special Thank you to her for her assistance.."

"Pleasant stay overall. Conveniently located in El Segundo - easy commute to/fro work place. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel provided free daily breakfast - simple yet sumptuous rotating between bacon, sausages, etc each other day. Front counter provided hot water, coffee, tea bags and hot cocoa for guests. Overall good experience. Be great if each room can still come with a kettle in addition to the coffee maker and optional for guests to receive disposable room slippers would made perfect...

"The staff was extremely unhelpful and did not explain the requirement to pay for parking in order to leave the premises. The parking is managed by a third-party and was not working. There was no one on site that could help troubleshoot it and the security that was there was extremely rude. They were demanding to see a receipt to prove that I paid for parking win. You have to pay in order to leave the parking garage and the box that you pay at does not provide a receipt. This establishment needs...

Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!"
