The exceptional customer service made up for two separate room issues! Jun on the staff was a breath of fresh air and probably provided the best customer service I have experienced in years! The front desk staff and valet staff were also very good. The bad was we were sent to an already occupied room on day one and then moved to a different room on day 2. The room move wasn’t the problem though because we understood there was a random leak, the problem was the lady at the front desk promised a room upgrade and a free meal for the inconvenience but we didn’t receive either. We got a $40 credit for a meal that cost $100 for our family and no room upgrade. I would still give a 5-star review though because the rest of the staff was a bright spot in a tough vacation experience.

The hotel is nice. When we got our room it did not have any toilet paper, Kleenex or towels. We had to ask the front desk. When the items were delivered the person did not knock before entering our room, he just helped himself in. That was not good! We spoke to the manager but nothing was done. The manager is a young kid with zero experience in customer service!!!!

Fue una estancia buena, el hotel estaba limpio y las habitaciones tienen buen espacio lo único que tendría que decir por lo menos mi habitación el colchón de la cama estaba medio hundido y el sofá cama se sentía los hierros tal vez deberían cambiar los colchones pero nada de terror, por lo demás todo muy bueno y el desayuno excelente lo único que el parqueo si cuesta 22 dólares o si eliges el valet son 38. Es un área tranquila y con muchas opciones de comida y puedes ir caminando al mall donde hay mucha variedad de lugares donde puedes comer, muy cerca del zoo otra opcion excelente
