Check in was okay. The elevator was broken when I arrived yet fixed the next afternoon. The room was nice. The television barely worked due to poor signal so couldn’t enjoy shows that were offered. There was only one vent in the room so circulation of air was non-existent considering the vent is always from the actual room and close to the door. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable along with the bed. The room was extremely noisy. I requested a top floor room in advance and they put me on the second floor. The shower had no pressure and there was a lot of rust on the shower-heads. The front desk staff with the exception of one young lady was not pleasant and seems “irritated” when you tried to talk to them. The restaurant on the first floor was not welcoming and extremely small. The kitchen staff were actually nice and they made a great breakfast burrito. My experience was so bad and uncomfortable, I left a night early — and the staff did not even off to take a night off my bill. I would not recommend.
