"Royal Sonesta was outstanding, so accessible to the Riverwalk. We lunched at Riverwalk, walked to a boat tour, and took the "el" to a Cubs game. No need for a car or taxi as a senior couple! The views from the hotel were stellar and staff were welcoming and helpful. I love Chicago!!"

"This hotel is a really pretty piece of history! It’s right in downtown Chicago. I’m not sure why it asked about being beachfront, because we were not by any beaches. The hotel room was quaint and comfortable. The bathroom is updated. The front staff wasn’t very friendly, especially at check in. They seemed like they were being disturbed by your questions. Otherwise, it was a good experience! "
