"The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms. Guests have to walk into the hallway to use the microwave, and the refrigerator in the rooms does not get cold. I was a guest twice at this hotel within the last year, so it's safe to say that this issue with the refrigerators is a problem with them all."

"I stayed one night at the Warwick Allerton hotel. The location on Michigan Avenue was great. It’s an old hotel and seemed run down. Not many amenities. Room smelled like disinfectant. Shower was in a bathtub. Windows were dirty. Not much in food options at the hotel. Service was just ok. Price was high for what you get."

"The best thing about this hotel is its walking distance to the beach and navy pier. Staffing is horrible you'll be waiting forever, no microwave or anything in the room. Had TV issues with no help.not even a toaster to use in the lobby rooms were smaller than expected. This place is way over priced. Would not recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is within walking distance of so many great restaurants and places to eat, which made exploring the area so easy. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The only downside was that it could get a little noisy at night, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, which was a nice touch and helped a lot.

"They have a big focus on cleanliness which is great, but the absolute lack of amenities were ridiculous. No free water bottles. No free parking. The room was tiny for a Signature Room. I understand they get away with this stuff because they are located in downtown but still not sufficient for a basic hotel. I got a discounted price because of Expedia so I got saved a little bit, but I would never pay full price for this room."

"Overall the room was nice. First time walking into the room, we smelled quite a strong odor of weed, which was disappointing but probably pretty typical considering it is Chicago. The WiFi did not work so that was unfortunate as well, but cell service was not bad in the area. Welcome drinks at the bar was a pleasant surprise."

"Great location. Lake view was beautiful but noisy. The mini-fridge temp was not adjustable and turned my sparking water into slushies and exploded one of them. I tipped housekeeping using the QR code on our first morning, and housekeeping never came during our entire three-night stay. The room was clean overall, but some seldom-used items, like the coffee maker and hair dryer, were very dusty. The lobby is pretty, but the rooms lack the same character as the common spaces.
