"My stay was only for a night; I wouldn't stay longer. The interior and exterior are not kept up. The bedding is questionable. I would consider bringing your own blanket and pillow or just covering the bed and pillows when lying on it. Their blanket is very thin. Wear socks or slippers; the floor is sticky, and bring an air freshener. Not sure what cleaning supplies are used, but the room needs airing out. It's a bad area or the surroundings are bad."

"Everything went smoothly and the rooms are very clean . Beds are very soft. My only problem the whole trip was little water pressure on the 5th floor not enough water to get an effective shower."

Whenever see a bedbug sticks on the floor in the room what goes on like this, at this price for $105, and saw a bedbug on beds in the backward. This hotel should shut down all due health concerns to be safe."

"The good: very reasonable price, we felt safe enough, it was convenient to Midway Airport (15 minutes by car, straight up Cicero), and there are lots of food options nearby. The bad: the room was full of dark hairs, long and short, all over (our family is all blond, no chance it was us). The chairs had long strips of fabric hanging from them. "Bathroom door didn't close. Remote for TV didn't work. In order to access wifi, had to call an 800#. Never heard of that before? Typically, it's written on your card. The pool was shut down due to issues"

"The room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was absolutely wonderful. Ordered dinner in from a local restaurant that makes incredible jerk chicken. I happened upon this during my travel across the country. What a great place to stay. Thank you so much for all the hospitality!"

"The floor in the room was disgusting. The bottom of my socks were black when I took them off. There were wires hanging out where the smoke detector was. The ice machine was empty.
