"The hotel looks so dilapidated. There was only one damaged car in the parking lot at around 6 pm. I was so scared to walk in and we had to leave to find another place...... I don't understand how this hotel was still listed at Expidia?"

"Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats."

"I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable.
