"The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago."

"Be careful with false fees. Me and my daugther are being charged a smoking fee even though my daughter is a minor and I cant smoke due to health problems. We have called and emailed them and we still dont get our deposit back."

"Clean room everything works and the staff was excellent"

"The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and mini fridge came in handy. I didn't like the frosted sliding glass door for the bathroom. The shower pressure acted up every shower, not a huge deal. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was sufficient, more options would of been nice. Over nice stay for a weekend volleyball tournament at the Wintrust Sports Complex."

"Honestamente, la habitación y el hotel fueron suficientes para pasar la noche y descansar bien. La habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Ofrecen shuttle al aeropuerto que nos fue muy conveniente. Quizá el hotel en general se ve un poco anticuado y le falta un poquito de mantenimiento en algunas áreas no críticas (como pintura) pero de ahí en fuera, quédate con confianza. Nosotros íbamos con dudas pero al final la pasamos muy bien e incluso...

"It is in a very nice location and it is a nice property. I think the rooms could have a better appeal with nice quilt covers or some type of cover not sheet. The pillow cases had stains on them and also providing extra set of pillows for sleeping. Love the flooring! The bathroom adding soap dishes even if you don’t supply toiletries. The price is reasonable and l am glad of that and was a blessing! Just a few things to add but a nice place. Having someone over your head that walked all night not...

"This will be my one & only stay at this motel. I wasn't expecting much, but I was nervous about sleeping here. Stains on the floor, walls & shower curtain left me with trepidations. The toilet was frightening because not only the toilet seat move, the ENTIRE commode did as well! Also, I've never had place that wanted to charge EXTRA for a late checkout of 2 hrs.... UNACCEPTABLE! The only good attributes are that it's near great public transportation & close the airport. Think twice before...

"Staff are nice and helpful , Was missing some amenities “hand washing soap dispenser was empty i ask for a refill and never got it” Parking spacious and available Our Room had couple pf lights that’s not working asking for repairs and never got it The breakfast is variable and nice “some items ends early so try to go early” The bathroom could be cleaner,"

"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."
