Hotel murah di Pulau Blue

"The staff was incredible! Our room was dated and the bed was not great- needed to be replaced (sank/tagged a lot on one side/ corner) and the room just felt dated. Pretty clean. The bathroom was nice! Confusion about pool. Some places say the pool/ hot tub are available, but they are not. This hotel is a great location. Parking is pricier than other properties nearby and not very convenient- we used public parking 2 blocks away. Would we return? Maybe. For the price, we'd probably end up...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, there were so many attractions, restaurants, and etc. within walking distance, the rooftop was amazing, and etc. It was also seamless checking in and out. We would highly recommend."

"Gave wrong information about parking"

"We had called the front desk about a remote missing from the TV and they sent up the maintenance guy, when he came he knocked on the door and then unlocked and opened it without waiting for a response. Me and my fiancé thought it was pretty weird that he did that but he got us the remote. 8/10."

"First night I requested a blanket, I never received it. I had to flush the toilet 2-3 times before it cleared. No coffee pot in the room. I went to the hotel restaurant and paid $5 for coffee and it was Luke warm both times. The location is great and my room was facing the lake/Navy Pier. Access to Navy Pier was great."

"For the price, the location was fantastic as it was walking distance from Michigan Ave, Milinium Park and Navy Pier. Valet parking was the most reasonable with in and out privileges. Lastly, the breakfast was not really a 'continental breakfast' as described online. It was a respectable breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles among the traditional fare. The hotel offers the best value for the area."

"Shower was very clean. Room was quite small. The discolored carpets were not so good to look at. The quality of customer service was lacking. The multiple gentlemen at the front entrance never helped hold the doors even with me bringing in and out two big heavy bags i had to position my 7 year old in the door way each time to lean against the heavy doors to keep them open while I hauled the bags in or out. "The only issue is that they only had one working elevator. It caused an issue when people were checking out. Too many people trying leave at once with one elevator."

"We valeted so the parking was nice as they took and parked our car and when we checked out, they went and brought it back. Front desk staff were friendly, especially Darnell, Joey and one of the ladies up front. Beds were comfortable and views were nice."
