"The hotel is great, couldn’t help enough, even the cleaning staff. Anything we wanted was only a phone call away. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was amazing, with a lot of the finer touches that you wouldn’t get in other hotels, even a turn down service before bed. Definitely 5* and would wholeheartedly recommend a stay."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town (so the roads around are narrow and hilly - but so is most of Istanbul)
The area is safe, bustling with local shops and literally a 10 minute walk from all the famous sights in the old town. That includes the ferries and cruise suppliers.
The rooftoo restaurant has exactly the views you see in the hotels website...its beautiful having breakfast and evening meal up there.
We used the spa and you can use all the amenities including pool, sauna, steam room...

"It's walkable to the whole area. So, that's pretty awesome. It's a bit confusing since there are 4 or 5 buildings. It also has multiple entrances on different sides of the block. That is very convenient, but... yeah... takes a minute to figure out."

"Lovely Hotel, brilliant location, very friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. we had the 6ppl connecting room and we were 5 grown men and it was ample for us. Nice powerful shower and good bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and bedding changed daily. Very well located right by the marmaray train and in between sirkeci and gulhern tram stops.
