I loved the property and the service was wonderful. However, I noticed that when the room was serviced and cleaned, the housekeeping team did not refill/replace the toiletries. We had to use the same shampoo, conditioner, soap for the 3 days. Also had to call in for water, Ice, because they were not filled in the mornings. We also noticed that old sandwiches were left in the mini bar, from previous guests. As such, my only advise would be for better room service/housekeeping practices. Such an amazing hotel shouldn't have any issues with restocking toiletries. Side note, the concierge was awesome! we needed last minute PCR tests to travel and he immediately took care of calling in a nurse and we got the test done in the comfort of our room, for a fair price.
