"For $300+ for a few hours of rest, I expected better. I expected toilet paper in the bathroom, and paper towels. It is certainly convenient but just skeeves me out a bit. The staff was responsive when asked, but I should not have had to. It was relatively quiet, but not totally. Unlikely I will return - my youth hostel days are over."

"Nice room, reasonably spacious, close location to the airport. Some restaurants and grocery shops nearby, but not many. Rather loud airplane traffic - must sit under one of the landing flight paths (louder than some of the other airport hotels I've stayed at near IST). Biggest issue was that the shower didn't drain very well in our room, but given we were only staying one night, we didn't have the cause or occasion to complain about it."

"Stayed in a Triple with a Balcony. The room was beautiful, the bathroom had a lovely shower and a small hamam basin, which was a nice touch. Upon arrival at 3:00pm, our room was not yet ready and we thus had to wait in reception for around 15 minutes before being able to check in - this was not a huge inconvenience, but less than ideal after coming off a long flight. Biggest issue was that we were informed by reception that the hotel does not allow guests to order in food, and given the hotel is not particularly close to many restaurants or options, guests are effectively forced to order from the hotel's restaurant. I personally think that's ridiculous and inconvenient from a guest services perspective. The hotel's restaurant was fine, though a tad pricey, and had a variety of options, but this type of restriction on my choices as a guest at a hotel drives me crazy. Other thing to be aware of is that the hotel is quite close to a mosque and the morning call to prayer was quite loud (early June, 4:30am). I am a very heavy sleeper and live in Turkey, thus am accustomed to the call to prayer and never wake up to it at home, but in our room at this hotel it would have been impossible to sleep through - light sleepers beware."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, which made my stay enjoyable overall. Unfortunately, the service at the reception desk was very disappointing. The gentleman at the front desk was not helpful and came across as quite rude. He barely answered my questions and did not seem interested in assisting guests. Because of this negative experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, despite its good location and comfortable accommodations."
