"Did the job , Room Clean (hotel was very good at messaging about shuttle and food and drink available and check in was so quick , WiFi was good . "

"Pros: Quick 12ish min drive to/from the airport. Clean Comfortable Heated floors Good value Cons: -Driver was not at the airport when I arrived, despite me confirming time with staff and texting updates. My name was not on the arrivals list, and I needed to wait approximately 25 minutes outside. I did not receive any apology for the delay. -the hotel appeared to have few guests when I was there. I was moved rooms because the lock wasn’t working on my original room. At approximately 23:00 a family was brought up to the room right beside me. They were extremely loud and the staff member and guests were shouting right outside. There is little sound insulation in the rooms, and I went out and politely asked them to keep it down. Unfortunately, the family did not and my sleep was very poor, despite using earplugs and ambient noise. "

"Front Desk agents, the girls from restaurant are very nice, friendly and helpful. Transfer was easy from/to airport. Breakfast decent, you can ask for tea/coffee during the day, they very easy on that. Rooms are clean, decent size. For my layover was the best option. WiFi worked perfectly fine. They speak English, Turkish, Russian and maybe many others. Great communication skills. "

"Came here to spend the night due to a long layover. Upon arrival, the staff were very kind and hospitable. The bed was comfortable, and room was impeccably clean. Was about a ~15 min drive from the airport. "

"The staff were gracious and helpful. The decor and room were andequate and I was kindly upgraded to a suite. The hotel was somewhat local in its decor and arrangement and due to the Iftah meal timing for food needed to be carefully chosen. A good option for an overnight stay at IST. "

"Restaurant & employees were Amazing, food was delicious. However, we were there for almost week & the rooms were not cleaned at all during our 6 day/5 night visit (even though I personally requested it) i had to constantly be asking for toilet paper & water, on top of that there was also a huge hole in the wall of the most expensive room."
