"The whole experience was amazing, the message at the Conrad Spa was out of this world, the service and attention to detail from the staff was beyond incredible, I had small accident while at the pool but the staff was beyond helpful. We took this trip around our 4 year old daughter and she loved the kids club and the kids pool. The only complaint I would have is that my wife as a vegan really had a hard time finding food options throughout the day. The reservation restaurants were amazing and had plenty of options to choose from. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thanks to the amazing team "

"I love this place, I was amazed how good the breakfast was for us. I am a very picky eater and my breakfast was never burnt and was cooked perfectly. The reservations for the dinner restaurant was fast and easy by text message on WhatsApp. The only thing I did not like was the food at the dinner restaurant. The food did not meet my expectations. The vip restaurant called the Nest was beyond my expectations and love that restaurant. Love that it had day care for the kids while we eat Beach was beautiful and clean. No matter the situation the staff is always smiling and doing their best. No complaint against them. I would recommend this place again with VIP and the nest restaurant. I also want to mention the gym was very clean and the equipments doesn’t have rust like other resorts. This will be my go to resort "

"Barcelo Maya is a huge resort and I think it would be great for family. The beach is very nice. You can see lots of fish from the beach by the Hotel Palace, and also enjoy very sandy/smooth beach by hotel Beach. I visited five specialty restaurants for staying for five nights. I enjoyed all of them, but Caribeno - seafood restaurant was the best. Brasserie - the French restaurant was slow to bring out food and to be seated, but their food was excellent as well. If you visit Rodizio, Brazilian stakehouse, choose the skewer option. They will bring out like 7 different meat for you. La Fuente Spenish restaurant and Marenostrum, seafood restaurant was good as well, but I liked the three from Palace more. I was there during the week, and it seemed that they didn't open Kyoto or Tokyo. Room was kept clean and mini bars stocked every day. We had two different rooms, and one room with 4 people was humid, even with A/C and the ceiling fan on. (not hot; it was cool but humid - the floor was a little slippery time to time.) Almost all the staff you see were very nice and courteous. We all enjoyed the stay very much, and will probably come back."
