It was my first time in Mexico and the staff were awesome! Freddy was really awesome at checking me in the hotel. The cleaning crew did a great job at remaking the bed and fixing the room up when I left the hotel. If your coming by this part of Playa come stay here. It's a nice and comfy hotel right by the beach.

This was a great find. Studio garden room was gorgeous and if you want to be close to everything it is an excellent location. Had great experience with reception- helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The ocean front rooms are worth the slightly higher price, bc many other rooms are interior and face each other. The hotel is clean and very good value for money and the ocean suite was nice. Good air con. This is not a swimming beach it is a fishing boat beach. You can sit on recliner and watch boats but water is turbid. It does not directly connect to main beach you need a short walk around a Starbucks. Maybe 5 minutes. Friendly and great value.

This place is amazing and gorgeous and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I loved staying here, it was quiet yet right near all the action. The only issue I had was that it advertised on Expedia that there was a gym nearby that we could use and while that is technically true, you have to pay full price to use that gym, it’s not in any way associated with this hotel or included in the price. I talked to the staff about it and they said it was an issue with Expedia. Still a five star experience. Note also: you can’t go in the water here, it’s rocky.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, just two blocks from Quinta Avenida. The area is very quiet , you can’t hear any noise from the street. The property is charming, the staff is great, and the rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The property was great. My only fault was the locks for the doors, I always had trouble with them but it can just be a me issue. So don’t let that detour you. Overall, service was great, very helpful staff as well as friendly. It was close to everything. Less than 15 mins walk everywhere.

The staff were very friendly, personable and accommodating. The hotel was very unique in architecture and the landscaping was pretty. The location was close enough to walk to all the action but just far enough away for a peaceful stay.

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, clubs. But it is very quiet once you enter the hotel. I did not use the pool. Rooms are clean and match the pictures shown on the site. Great service!!!
