"Check-in was a nightmare. Only self check-in is available. Their POS didn’t work. I had to make an expensive call to my bank overseas just to prove the problem was on the hotel’s end. It took 1 hour to finally get my key. There are no carts to take your luggage to your room. You’re forced to haul everything yourself or pay outrageous bell charges. The pool was out of service, but no notification anywhere. The room was clean but very old and in need of some love. No minibar. No fridge! I requested a bottle opener: $18 + tip to have it brought to my room. I know it’s Vegas. I get it. But there are some minimum standards. What happened to customer service, to there being a manager available, to getting comped…"

"The hotel/resort is very beautiful and clean. We arrived before 11 am and received complimentary early check-in. The room (37-719) is so spacious and I love the sunken living room. I booked a room with Sphere view and got it, with bonus golf course and mountain views. Another feature I like is the toilet has a separate door in the bathroom. The tub is separate from the shower. Housekeeping is daily. All the staff we encountered are respectful and professional. Our favorite restaurant is the Grand Lux Cafe and there are 2 of them, the smaller one is open 24/7 and the bigger one until 2am. This is our second time at the Palazzo and highly recommend it and will choose it again next time."

"Room was nice and I had a great view ( I had the High Roller view) but the refrigerator wouldn’t work. They sent up a maintenance man to fix it, he said he fixed it and it would be cool in about 40 minutes. It never got cool. Another maintenance man came up to fix it. He ended up putting in a different refrigerator. I thought this one would work and I put my food in it, but it did not work so my food did not say fresh. Another maintenance man came the next day and replaced it with a brand new refrigerator. This one worked. One day, the maid made up my room, but forgot to vacuum it. I called up housekeeping to have somebody come up and vacuum, but they never showed up. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay."
