"Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months. "

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Other than these couple of things it was actually a lovely stay and it wouldn't put me...

"The location was perfect! Right off River Thames, next to Big Ben, The London Eye, Westminister Bridge. The hotels bar/lounge, Primo Bar had excellent service, great tasting & very well made drinks. Hotel staff were friendly & quick with requests. The concierge was super helpful. Room service was tasty & delivered very timely. Would stay here again & recommend."
