"We can't say enough about this place. First, we had arrived 1.5 days late due to flight from USA, and onward to Venice Italy. Our hosts, the best ever, stayed in contact with us, understood, and STILL met us when we arrived. The place was clean and better than pictures. "Right at the corner of 2 canals and about 8 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Quieter area of Venice. You can actually see gondolas glide by the window of their lobby/dining area--how cool. Out our window (and many of their rooms have similar views) you could see the canals. "

"This was a GREAT hotel to stay in! The location, although it's a little far from the main tourist area in Venice (you can definitely walk there, though), was wonderful! Very peaceful and not crowded at all! The breakfast is extremely convenient, too. A couple of things I would have liked to know beforehand: this looks like a convent (not sure if it still is). Nuns provide you with breakfast, and there's a lot of religious paraphernalia. You also have a midnight curfew. You can pay a fee to have...
