"Bueno"

"The room was clean and there is a pool for a additional fee of 10 euros for each person. Most staff was nice. Someone opened the door of my room at 8;00pm I was told it was a maid I also had a do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast was very good though. And it's kinda hard to find a put 30 minutes away from the airport and will get a taxi to the airport which was convenient"

"This is the most pathetic experience anyone can have. The self check in method is useless. The hotel is run by scammers. I paid for a en-suite deluxe quadruple and not in my imagination I could have expected that the washroom will be in the separate floor downstairs through a narrow passage. It felt like I am heading towards scary dungeons if I have to use the washroom. The customer service is pathetic, they will not connect to you and are of no use. If you want to ruin your vacation - then you...

"Great location and hotel."
