"For the location, price and room size, the hotel was excellent. I was worried about the reviews I had read about it not being a 4 star but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definately stay again. The staff were so nice , helpful and friendly.

"Es accesible y bien ubicado. Es amplio y está en una zona bonita. Es súper accesible. Sin embargo es un edificio viejo, la habitación es muy pequeña, para 5 personas tiene 5 camas, pero se cabe apenas. Lo bueno, tiene secadora de pelo. "Nice modern hotel. Having a kitchenette was really useful.
Two modest downsides:
1. TV was mounted on wall BEHIND the bed so you can't see it! Bonkers!
2. I don't mind that housekeeping is on request. But since my room had tiny bins, minimal towels and no spare toilet roll for 3 days you basically had to request daily housekeeping anyway."

"The double room is really really small that 2 people literally shuffle around . The shower cubicle is best suited to ‘smaller people’ only given 2 towels for the duration of our stay. The bedroom carpet was torn. We arrived for 3pm so we could check in immediately. The room was not ready so we had to wait around in a cramped reception area. "

"Located in a nice area. We felt safe. There were nearby restaurants that served delicious, reasonably priced food. The staff was cordial and helpful. Although the room was clean, the entire carpet was heavily stained. I’m sure the carpet was clean because it didn’t smell bad.

"The room was really clean and the staff were very nice and polite. The location of the hotel was also very nice and close to the victoria station. However, the single room was much smaller than shown in the photos. The room was on the third floor. There was no lift and the water pressure was not very good. Also, the walls very pretty thin. I could hear the people snoring in the next room. "

"Room was a little smaller than I was expecting and the en-suite bath was also small, but all were clean and well stocked. Very central to very famous sights, easily walkable and right next to a bus stop if you don’t want to walk. Fantastic restaurants nearby and Victoria station is less than 10min walk away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great price for the value! "

"Lovely breakfast, nice staff, great location near to Victoria. Nice room. Only slight downside was that there has been no attempt to soundproof the accommodation meaning that my relaxing early night didn’t happen as some guests were banging and slamming around very late into the night. I’d suggest ear plugs and had a known I would have brought some and had a perfect stay."
