"We just got back from a two week stay at Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster. This hotel was wonderful! We had a few issues with the first room they put us in, but he staff was very helpful and accommodating and moved us into a different room quickly, and that room was wonderful. "Place was clean, but the floors have a residue that makes any thing that touches it black. Room was way to Brite, black outs did not work well. Great location and communication was very good. I informed them that is was to hot and the next morning they brought a fan. The place was well equipped. The area rug by the couch was a trip hazzard. This may seem like a bad review but it is not. I would rent this place again just pointing out things that needs to be improved on"

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Keine 10 min zu Fuß zur Victoria Station. Außerdem in unmittelbarer Nähe vieler kleiner Restaurants und Pubs.
Das Personal im Hotel war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung, wenn man z.B. einen späten Flug hat, ist möglich.
Leider ließ sich im Zimmer das Fenster nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage war direkt gegenüber vom Bett, was sehr unangenehm war.
Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine...
