"Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!"

So glad we opted in for breakfast, we had a delicious and leisurely start to our day. The immediate neighborhood is very nice, lots of families and quiet. "Brilliant location for shopping and Times Square. Great black out curtains and street wasn’t too noisy. I asked for a view which I got. Very clean with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom, including shower gel and shampoo etc. Really friendly helpful staff and a great coffee machine and water fill station. I was so pleased with everything, it made my first visit to New York a very positive one."
