"The roads were treacherous when we arrived at Detroit Airport, and we found a room at Wingate for the night. We were very appreciative to find this last minute, unexpected place to stay. It was reasonably priced, clean, and we were safe from snowy and hazardous roads."

"Location was amazing for being in downtown. City parking was legit across the street. But many downtown attractions all are within walking distance. The staff could not have been more courteous. They were amazing. Extremely friendly and suggested a great breakfast spot. Was there for a two night stay and the room was amazing. Would definitely recommend, if you need to be in downtown. "
