I had a wonderful stay at Country Inn. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The amenities met all my expectations, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again!

The room we were given smelled terribly of smoke which was an issue for me and since we checked in later in the evening we did not address with the staff. Could not get a restful stay unfortunately. Staff check in and other interactions were great, just room smell.

Breakfast was good and kids loved the pool. Was kind of a bummer they had to be out of the pool by 8:30 pm since we got in later, but it was fun while it lasted. Text for customer service went unanswered. Requested more towels because there were only 2 in the room (4 guests) but we made due and I’m sure I could have called down to the desk if I really cared that much. Overall it was a good stay for the price and perfect with kids.

At check in i was tolf the pool was in order. It was 1030pm, i then said before we continue heck in are you sure that your pool will be open first thing in the morning. Like 6am. The night lady answered yes, but i could still refund you and you could go somewhere else. I asked a 3rd time are you sure the pool would be open. She assured me that someone was going to be there by 6 am to fix the pools. I had told them we had made the 5 hour dribe for my sons surgery the next day, and we booked this hotel due to the pool and hot, which both were not working.. again i was assured they would be. The next morning the pool and hot tub were nor working. The desk staff stephanie was helpful. But not much she canàß

Yes and yes. The lobby seemed abandoned. No music no TV on It was extremely quiet almost desolate. Cleaning the room occurred every three days which I did not appreciate. The eggs for the breakfast were terrible. The pillows were not very comfortable.

The staff was difficult to work with. Wouldn’t accommodate a change in plans with not needing a room for a four days that we prepaid and crediting us. So room went vacant and we still paid. Was going to charge us $500 to make the change. Disappointing since we were hoping to find a hotel to use every month for the year. They lost a lot of repeat revenue not working with us.

The pool was green and looked dirty so we did not swim. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The floors could have been cleaned better and the furniture showed a lot of wear. The cabinet doors were falling off. Overall it was fine for the price but we will not stay here again.
