"Font desk staff terrible! Waited 10+ minutes at the front desk and no one was there. No "I'll be right back" sign etc. I knocked on the office door and the staff member answered and I politely asked if she could check me in and she said she was on the phone and closed the door on me. She came out a few minutes later and checked my in. Literally didn't even speak a word while doing it. I'll stay at Holiday Inn Express across the street from now on."
