The bathroom has a horrible smell and appeared to be poop on the wall! We only had one washer cloth in the room of a double bed the breakfast wasn’t great either they only provide cereal and coffee

We arrived checked in and the staff kept my ID. After coming back from our event we had no heat in one of our rooms! We called to speak with them and they said it was nothing they could do to help us. The staff was very rude and nasty. We froze the whole night!

The bathroom had a broken piece under the sink area and it was definitely not cleaned. The chair in the room was missing a wheel. It was in dire need of updating and not by whoever tried to do it before. Bonus though was i didnt find any bugs so there is that.

The pictures are fake the room has a window to the hall and can hear everything going on. The hotel has appliances from 2004 old TVs and a dark smelly room. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the tub has discolorations and the toilet was discolored too. It was a catfish unless you’re okay with that and just want to survive a night look elsewhere

Location was not super safe. Hotel room smelly, outdated and uncomfortable. We checked out within 2 hours of arriving. Manager did not inquire if there was a problem. Just took our money and checked us out. Manager did not offer to return my cash deposit; I had to remind him to return my money. The lady tending the front desk was very good and hospitable with good customer service.

This hotel was fine. It served its purpose. Nothing great, but nothing horrible. The only things we didn’t like were the very strong air freshener type smell in our room and the cluster of a parking lot.
