Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Those were the only 2 positives.
The vent was filthy. A used dental pick was under the sink. There was a brown substance on the walls of the fridge. There was no view of outside. The view was of the hall so the curtains had to stay closed. The water was cold and pressure was non-existent. I could barely take a shower. I was later told the water was shut off. The towels were dingy. The soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers were empty. The toilet was old & had a yellow stain on it.
There appeared to be some unhoused people allowed to loiter &/or eat breakfast in the lobby.
This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. It should not be called a hotel. It was more akin to a motel. It was more like a weekly rental place, such as the Extended Stay.
