"2 nights stay. Front desk staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasant, room is good and clean everything worked. Breakfast included is awesome and staff there were also welcoming, helpful and all the food was great. Very comfortable stay and awesome staff, well done.

"The only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard can’t help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didn’t know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building."

"Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it.
Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌
Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔"

"The property is recently rebranded & refurbished. As such, the facilities are still relatively new. The room is spacious and comfortable, and comfortably fits a small family. There is a kitchen, a dining area and a living room, but no cooking utensils are provided. Location wise, it is situated in an older part of Johor Bahru, so transport is needed to access to retail stores and malls.
The breakfast spread is small but sufficient. I suspect it is sourced from an external kitchen.

There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls.
