Quite OK for Short Stays

Overall experience is OK. For the price, it is value for money - therefore don't expect 5-star facilities, service and tip-top cleanliness. Great location to access Zenith Mall next door and Komtar/City Square (need to cross the busy road but is actually quite safe).

Awesome location

Good location. Opposite Komtar which is next to City Square. Walking distance to the customs. Room is small 14 sqm but quite well equipped. Thrre is a safe, bedroom slippers, kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush & other toileteries. A convenience store is at the lobby so can get drinks & snacks 👍

Relatively new hotel which is directly opposite Komtar. Very friendly and helpful counter staff, has nice cafe within the hotel. Only minus point is if u stay nearer to grou d floor, the road and pub noise level will be audible from the room.

Expedia does not cover hotel tax of MYR 20, so you need to pay when you check in. There is a refundable MYR 100 damage deposit that you also need to pay when you check in, so make sure you collect it when you check out. The breakfast is decent. The room is decent. The staff service quality is decent.

Pleasant stay

Better than expected stay after reading many bad reviews. Probably because I stated my request before checking in. - small but clean room good enough for crashing for 2 nights - shower room clean and working order. - very basic so bring own toiletries they do have shower cap and toothbrush set - used plastic bottled water can ask die more if needed - front desk staff helpful when ask to get cab during peak raining evening. - check in and out was easy and quick Just across the road from Komtar JBCC and 5 minutes to City Square Mall and 10-15 minutes walk to nearby cafes and restaurants.
