The sea views which can be seen from my room was amazing. However, cleanliness need to be improved. The cleaner left 2 glasses drink in the sink in the toilet with the cleaning towel. I believed she forgot to clean the glasses. The box of shower cap, and other amenities in the toilet were soggy and were not replaced with new ones.
Overall, the room was okey.

the pool was soooooo crowded, shd give some limits or time on who shd use it and for how long.

Overall room is ok but you cannot control the speed of the fan, either off or on with max speed which is terrible.
The waiting time at lift is crazy especially during check out peak time..waited for more than half an hour.

Good services from front desk and cafe staff.
Love the foods of Swiss cafe.
Notes: please ensure all customer are follow S.O.P COVID-19. Put a security to control the lif.
Bad experience.in lif more than 6 person.
People's didn't follow sop at all. Hotel need to strict on the sop.

Check-in took forever (more than 20 minutes). Only 1 pillow given. Any additional pillows requested, need to pay. Very less choices for breakfast.No sea-view for Twin sharing rooms.

Overall ok. Only not follow SOP properly. Swimming pool full of people with no social distancing practise. All people not wearing mask and follow sop

Pro: Room was big and clean. Single bed felt bigger than normal size. Sea view is beautiful. swimming pool look nice but unable to try it due to MCO.
