Everything is perfect. My whole family love the stay. Maybe the owner would like to consider having a more opaque kind of blind for the staircase window as the morning light will shine through the small windows in the small room near the entrance.

The hotel was good and affordable price. Very clean and they provided guide to the hotel once you booked in advance. Parking space also a lot and easy to find the room. They also provided hairdryer, iron, ironboard which was very good but they don't have a complimentary coffee or tea to drink even though kettle and cups is provided. The room also have thin walls as we can hear other people voices in the next room very clear haha!

The property was ok however one of the water heaters for the shower was not working during our stay. Affected our daily routine during the stay as everyone shared a toilet to shower and Genting is generally cold. We were compensated for this (Thank you). The trip to the resort is about 15-20mins drive, not too bad considering the price of this place and the ones in the Genting resort itself. There’s also good food nearby.

We stayed in Deluxe Studio but there are some disappointing points during our stay. 1. The shower stopped supplying hot water. 2. There was not fridge in the room. 3.There was not any instructions such as wifi password or any other services. 4.The towel had funny smells. Good points 1.Nice view from swimming pool at rooftop. 2.Sufficient facilities, such as sauna, fitness gym.

This is definitely an amazing Apartment . We stay in B wing 3201 , 3 bedrooms very spacious , very clean , All rooms with Aircon’s and is new . Is definitely thumb up for this Apartment . Everything is there in the Apartment for you .

The property was well kept, clean and spacious. The only issue was the towels provided, stains found on every towel. On the other hand, dining option is limited within building but there is a Malay restaurant across the building. Overall its a good place to stay. We stayed at the 3 bedroom, mountain view apartment. Apt was large size, modern n clean. Lifts work well. View was amazing. Shops n restaurants were nearby but a 4-5 minutes uphill walk. Safe area. Theme park was abt 30mins away. Not as cold as at the theme park. Nearby Premium outlet. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Non of the towels were clean despite changed, all with stains. Wifi unstable, at times totally no wifi. Instructions of taking lifts unclear. No phone in the room to contact front desk, need to go all the way down to enquire. No doubt check in staffs and security guards did a very good job. Overall stay considered satisfied.

Place was run poorly by flashsuites

Its a place with potential but unfortunately it was managed poorly. We booked a 3 bedrooms apartment, the moment we checked in we feel that only bare minimum cleaning was done after the previous guests checked out. The floor, bathrooms and balcony are quite dirty. There is minimum appliances and no thoughtfulness on providing comfort to guests.

Apartment 2201 @ Windmill Upon Hills

Everything was good except : 1. During the day there was constant construction ongoing at front of aprtment and can be noise. Night was quiet. 2. Apartment 2201 has a VERY faint garbage smell as i suspect the apartment is close to the garbage chute. Wind blows the smell into the apartment. 3. Water drainage is weak as water flows out slowly in the shower areas. That said, its not to a flooding stage. Overall good location.
