"Great location, a 1 minute walk to Nishiki market and many other places to grab food. Quiet street so was easy to sleep at night. The amenities were great. There is 1 washer and dryer available at the facility. A nice surprise each morning was a fresh croissant from the local bakery just down the street. The rooms are a little on the small side and the bathroom feels cramped."

"Amazing property!!! 100% would recommend. The room was absolutely beautiful! Loved the huge in room tub. My only small complaint was the pillows were too hard and the hotel didn’t have any others available. But I would still absolutely recommend and stay there again!"

"We stayed as a family of four. The rooms are quite small, but function well as a base and a comfortable place to sleep if you plan on going out exploring most of the day. The property was clean and well maintained, beds comfy. Location is excellent for seeing the sites of Kyoto by foot."

"We had such a great stay! The hotel was located off the main streets for shopping and within walking distance of bus stops and the subway - so convenient! We loved every aspect of the stay. A beautiful lounge area in the lobby, clean rooms, and helpful service."

"The room I got was very good for the price. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I wanted plus some extras, like they provided detergent for the washing machine. The location is nice (1 block away from a subway station) and the staff are efficient. The only thing I disliked is that they want you to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, which is strange and could cause problems, but thankfully I avoided any such problems."
