My dad and I had a wonderful stay at the Dhawa Yura. Our rooms were very comfortable and quiet (slept really well!) and the staff were very helpful. Lovely breakfast and spa. And the location worked perfectly for us - lots to walk to and right by the subway and Keihan line.

This is a great boutique hotel close to a main shopping and restaurant area in Kyoto. Also just steps to the subway line. If you get a room on the Main Street it can be a bit noisy at night.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome right away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself felt modern but still had a nice local touch.
