"There were three people to my room. It was my nieces graduation. Her Grandmother and and Father stopped by and we were going to use the pool. They stereotyped my nephew because he had tatoos and I was hounded by three people as to how many were in my room and threatened to keep my deposit and charge another room. It made my family feel so uncomfortable they left early around to.m. I checked out at8 p.n. the night before I was suppose to. We weren't loud, causing problems or anything. They treated me as if I was some criminal. It's clean and well kept. But this was unacceptable and unnecessary"

"The property itself is quite large with many areas so if you’re wanting an onsite pool make sure you ask for that. The rooms are ridiculous!!! I had a 2 bedroom suite. 1 room had 2 queens and the other had a king with a massive ensuite bathroom that had a large tub, walk in shower and separate toilet. There was a decent sized kitchen that had a washer dryer which we used daily. There was a massive dining and living area along with a screened in outdoor balcony. Honestly the space was unexpectedly amazing!! Shower pressure could be better but I find that to be typical with most hotels so I wasn’t bothered. Our building was right next to the largest pool that the had on site which was great!! I did request that pool area as we were there for a cheerleading competition and all athletes were going to try and stay there so we’d be together. It was nice that my daughter and her friend that was staying with us could come and go easily and I could stay in the room and relax or get meals ready while they were roaming around our area or at the pool with their friends. The staff were amazing! From guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, bar and restaurant… any interaction I had was wonderful. Just a note that many housekeeping and maintenance staff did not speak English or had limited English. It was fine for us and if I had a question we managed to get to the answer so please be patient as I’m sure it’s stressful for them to try and assist. 10/10 would recommend!"

"The door to my room stuck a bit so everyone nearby could hear me open and shut it. The coffee machine had grinds where the water was supposed to go. The toaster had crumbs in it still. The microwave smelled like someone burned popcorn in it. But otherwise everything was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room served the purpose I needed it to."
