"Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is great (close to both Euston and King’s Cross stations). Plenty of places to eat in the area, along with grocery stores, in case you don’t want to eat out. Beds were comfortable, but there isn’t much space for luggage. We could fit one suitcase onto the desk, but the rest of our luggage had to sit on the floor. The shower pressure was nice, but it didn’t drain quickly enough, risking water all over the bathroom floor. The air conditioning worked well, even though we didn’t need it the whole time. "
