"Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

For last many trips, I stayed in a Club Room, and once again, the experience was absolutely flawless. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, warm, and deeply caring. The service here is highly personal—I love that the staff acknowledges me by name, which makes every interaction feel incredibly special and memorable. Even the small details are handled with immense care. For instance, whenever I walk through the lobby, the staff always makes sure to personally call and open the lift for me. That same exceptional hospitality extends upstairs to the Club Lounge. The lounge team took such wonderful care of me, anticipating my needs with genuine warmth and helpfulness. If you want top-tier service, fantastic amenities, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, I cannot recommend the Daewoo enough."

"Staff is super friendly and attentive. Ahn helped us at check-in giving us a lot tips to explore Hanoi. She kept following up with us through WhatsApp every day making sure we were having a comfortable stay. Facilities are clean and would recommend getting breakfast here. They also let us store our luggage for 3 days after checking out - wanted to travel light to Yen Tu."
