"We loved staying here on our first trip to Kingston! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and super welcoming. We’d stay here again and highly recommend!"
"The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply."
"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."

"We had an overnight stay before and after our holiday flights. Booked a standard room but was upgraded on both occasions. Rooms are not huge but plenty big enough for a short stay. Rooms were clean tidy and well appointed. General hotel is very nice with very nice Bijou Bar and also Skyway Brasserie was great although we didn’t eat in there. Very good value for the quality of accommodation. All staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for a short stay before or after a flight. "
Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
10/10 Excellent
"While the walk from terminal 2 or 3 is not easily marked, once there it was a great place to spend the night before continuing on our trip to Dover the next morning. There is a nice bar and restaurant and the rooms are clean and spacious. The lifts are a bit confusing as one set goes to a few different floors and the other set does not. Not clearly marked. "
"The hotel is close to the airport .. the price was reasonable .. it’s clean .. the staff was pleasant .. I liked my room
The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little more money for a cab or Uber you will be happy you did"
