"The staff friendly and helpful, drawback was no availability for breakfast or evening meals, some sites still show them doing food. However did recommend a couple of places to visit, found a lovely cafe about 150-200 yards around the corner for breakfast."

"A lovely place to stay…we were staying for a Thorpe park visit which is just a 5 minute drive away. Rooms were comfy, had everything needed and great air conditioning for the heat wave! Breakfast really good too and we ate in pub one night and found both service and food to be great. Highly recommend, we will likely return!"

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"I stayed in Room 411, which is located on the lower ground floor with access to a patio through a glass wall that includes two windows and a door. Unfortunately, the lack of privacy was quite uncomfortable. The room only had thick blackout curtains and no sheer or lighter blinds. This meant that during the daytime, anyone walking through the patio area—including other guests and cleaning staff—could easily see into the room unless the curtains were completely closed. "We loved the neighborhood. 5 min walk to Earl's Court station with many restaurants A 20 min walk to Natural History Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum. Great linens/beds. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting London."

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"
