"wonderful property located so conveniently to the Hampton Court! Restaurant is TERRIFIC. Service was wonderful. My complaint is the lack of support at reception being unattended. Also, the room we were given had no AC and a sink that was @ 6 inches x 4 inches... impossible for a wash."

"Almost everything was great. The one thing I’m finding is when I’d just like to chill and watch a bit of TV or sport on TV, it would be more comfortable for me to sit on a comfy chair instead of the bed all the time. Everything else was excellent"

"Location for Hampton Court very good, evening meals reasonably priced for London. Breakfast was good! One negative the bed mattresses need looking at they have metal clips supporting the mattress and if you are a side sleeper they dig into you and hurt making the sleeping experience not a great one. Otherwise this would have been a higher score."
