"旅館房間看到的地方尚算整潔, 但床下底有很多塵和頭髮. 不知道首爾的旅館在冬天時間都不會提供空調的遙控是正常嗎? 前枱有很多時都沒有人, Check-in時等了15-20分鐘才有職員回來存放行李; 但當晚安排房間給我後沒有幫我將行李放回我的房間而且還沒有告知我我的行李存放位置, 好讓我找了一段時間. 這個我覺得很不貼心！希望旅館有待改善."

"お部屋を紹介する画像は大変綺麗に写されています。部屋のイメージは手入れが行き届かないので画像通りのままではありませんが、まぁ我慢のできる範囲です。フロントで働く方々は誠実に対応してくれます。日本語を話せる人もいますので込み入った内容でなければ速やかに伝わります。ベットの寝心地は悪くありません。部屋全体の印象も狭すぎるということもありませんでした。但しホテルとは言え、日々の部屋掃除、シーツの取り換えは言わないとやらない。バスタオル、歯ブラシ、髭剃りも言わないと出してくれません。特にひどく感じているのはトイレ、シャワー室のドアの立て付けが悪く閉めることができませんでした。半自動のドアノブもガタついているので安全なドアと言われるには不安が残ります。"

"For a really low price, you got your own room which is fairly decent. But do expect the bare minimum. There are two floors to tye hostel but if you're on the other floor that is not the reception floor you will have to climb the stair."

"They have a suitcase scale which can help you when packing back up to go home so that’s nice. The mattresses are hard with springs stabbing up, possibly just box springs not mattresses? The pillows are hard! They give you bath mats for towels. Sometimes they give a bigger one, you have to ask to have that changed so I just bought my own from Daiso. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom because it’s meant to be Korean style where the whole room is a shower room but it hasn’t been waterproofed so...
