Location is great! Pretty close to the night market and thd Meyeoungdong palace. Both about 12 minutes walk. Subway entry nearby. Staff was polite and helpful. Having a convenience store and restaurants adjacent to thd hotel helps a lot. Room was very spacious and kept clean. We loved it!

The breakfast that was included was very monotonous, pancakes or French toast each day with no other choice. Not the sort of pancakes/french toast you’d get in NorthAmerica. Room was very clean and supplies in bathroom were good.

The spa was incredible. I appreciated how the location was to many historical landmarks.they also had hanbok and other traditional attire for rent to wear when visiting the palaces. The breakfast was great, I had it several mornings.

Super clean room. So conveniently located it is right next to the train station. Myeongdong is about 20 minute walk. There is also an underground walk if it’s rainy or it’s too hot outside. Convenience stores, coffee, shop, and restaurants are right next-door.

We really liked the family bunker room. It was great space for a family of four. Our children are 12 and 13. They had western plugs in room and large refrigerator for a hotel room. The front staff were helpful too.
