"Run Away.... we booked and pay in full, we got an email confirmation. But when we arrived there, nobody was answering the phone, and we found out that place was rented already. I was there with my family and 2 Kids waiting for 2 hours an answer on the phone from the property management .After 100 calls, The guy finally responded but even didn’t apologize and said we should have reconfirm 3days before even if was paid in full !!! He only said don’t worry you will get reimbursed when I was waiting...

"Cannot stay there and no such place, I’m cheating by Seoul Galleria owner.. waited few hour and my horrible night, need to find another hotel to stay. Please exclude from booking list Hotel.com. Already getting confirmation but someone already stay there almost 5 months...ridiculous "
