Great hotel, professional staff and delicious food. The pool and gym are beautiful, clean and spacious, If I really have to criticise a thing about the hotel, it would be the location is not so easy with subway.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt so welcome! A big shoutout to Anica at the front desk—she was super sweet and let me check into my room 1.5 hours early (thank you, lifesaver! When I got to my room I literally gasped—the Seoul Tower was right there in the window like a postcard come to life! It felt like the city was saying hello. The whole hotel has this cozy luxury vibe, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your trip. From the lovely views to the peaceful location, it’s the perfect blend of city energy and calm retreat. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Seoul!

All and all not worth it for the price. Rooms are small and somewhat outdated, our shower head kept falling while taking a shower… and you can hear EVERYTHING that’s going on in the hallways from inside the room. Lobby and ballroom were nice.
