"Very new hotel & spa, quite and nice area , friendly front desk staffs , both of them can speaker English. Walking distance to very famous Onion Cafe and aslo near Hanok Village. 7-11 near by this hotel. But the hotel room too small to open our big luggages….. "

"We would like to file a formal complaint regarding a very serious issue during our stay. On the day we changed rooms, your staff assigned us a room that had not been checked out by the previous guest. This is an extremely unacceptable mistake. When we opened the door, we realized it was still occupied. This is not only shocking but also a major security and privacy breach. What if the guest had been inside? How could such a basic and irresponsible error happen in a hotel of your standard?"

"I had a great experience. Services were great. The only issue is the laundry service, they only have one laundry machine and one dryer machine. Besides that everything else was good."

"初めての韓国旅行にぴったり！アクセス抜群で安心して過ごせました 初めての韓国旅行で利用しましたが、立地・利便性がとても良く快適に過ごせました。 仁川空港からのリムジンバスがホテルに直行しているため、移動がとても楽です。フロントのスタッフの皆さんは英語が非常にお上手で、終始スムーズで親切に対応していただけました。 明洞駅までは少し歩きますが、ロッテ百貨店まで地下通路でつながっているため雨の日や寒い日でも移動しやすく、地下鉄1号線・2号線も利用できるので観光の拠点として非常に便利です。また、近くには徳寿宮や話題のスタバなど見どころも多く、周辺環境も充実しています。 お部屋は少しコンパクトに感じられましたが、バスタブやウォシュレットも備え付けられており、清潔感があって観光中心の滞在であればまったく問題ありません。 初めての韓国旅行の方にもぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。"

"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. "We had a very pleasurable stay at the hotel for our short trip. The hotel is centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit by taxi and taxi’s are easy to obtain. The hotel facilities are exceptional and the staff super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend."
