"24 Guesthouses is located right in front of Exit 6 of Hoehyeon Station, (회현 ) making it very convenient. It's also very close to Myeongdong,( 명동 ) just about 10-minute walk away. The room is small but very clean, and it seems to be deep cleaned once every two weeks. The shower was also very good and comfortable. The staff were very kind and answered my questions. The accommodation fee is also reasonable, so I recommend it for especially solo travelers."

"If you are there just to sleep than its perfect, some tenants are really noisy and the walls are too thin, the subway station was really close so that was nice. Overall decent place to stay for the price "

"Staff was very friendly, made the check-in easy and frequently saw them present cleaning. The area itself was very tidy and organized, our room was very clean upon arrival. I saw a review about the area veing loud, but it wasnt actually vad at all; especially taking into consideration that everything is walking distance and there are several amazing food ans nightlife options. There are 2 train stations, one 10 minutes away and the other 15 making transportation very easy. "

"This was great value for the money! It’s situated north of the crazy touristy part of Myeong-dong and only a 4 min walk to the subway. It was very quiet and convenient. The staff were delightful. David is so great and I very much enjoyed our nightly chats whenever I came back to the hostel. I’d stay here again!"

"ideal for my business trip, though the previous occupant left a red crayon in the washingt mashing which stained some shirt. Staff were great, easy to find and close to Seoul Station, bathrooms a little dated and the kitch panel was loose as the washing mashing wasn't level so rocked like mad during the spin cycle."
