"Clean room, great amenities. Washer/dryer was very convenient. The master bedroom closet was very spacious, but could've used more coat hangers and/or hooks. The kitchen is functional but not many utensils or dishes available (apparently you can rent more) - we only used the kettle and the fridge so it wasn't a problem for us. We were able to do late check-out for a minimal charge. Hotel is within walking distance of a few different subway stations, which is very convenient for getting around. "

"The hotel is very nice, the room is spacious and everything is very clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're sensitive to heat, be very careful; in November they turn off the air conditioning and switch to heating, and there's no way to change it. The bathtub is quite unsafe; you could fall in. "

"Hotel is in a good location, close to palaces and shine as well as the Dongdaemun complex. There is an underground station just in from of the hotel, not mentioning there are lifts to take you up all the way to the street level, though you need to use 2 separate lifts but no problem. Each platform has map of the underground floors as this is intersection of 3 lines and just 4 stops away from Seoul Station. This hotel branch is a smaller to one I have stayed before but the services is just as great. The room was clean, fresh towels and bottle of water provided everyday. The room size was sufficient for me. The breakfast is typical Korean and varies and very nice. Staff were helpful and courteous. If I'm in the area in the future, I'll be definitely booking room at Toyoko Inn. "

"The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back."

"A great hotel with a convenience store in the lobby. Easy check in, nice large and comfy rooms. Laundry available. Close to metro. Housekeeping was so diligent even though I didn’t want my room cleaned, they were very attentive to check in whenever they saw me come out of the room. They were very generous with offering new towels and water bottles which I personally didn’t think was necessary since there was a shared water fountain. The reception was so helpful in getting extra pillows and arranging another room on the same floor when I extended my stay. Would definitely stay again. "
