"The location was simply amazing and it was handy to have the kitchenette. But the floor was dirty and soap was missing. I called to ask for both to be fixed. Eventually we got soap, but staff didn’t help with the floor as reception said they would. Beds were comfy, but pillows were like bricks. It could have been an amazing stay if the room was given a tad more love and upkeep."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy.
