"The elevators were not working properly during our stay. Sometimes we waited 15 minutes for an elevator to arrive. Rooms were a bit tired. Views and location are great. "

"„Zimmer maximal für eine Person!“ The Moore setzt sich optisch deutlich von den üblichen amerikanischen Hotels ab. Es ist ein kleines Boutiquehotel in Chelsea, etwas unauffällig in einer Häuserzeile. Übrigens direkt gegenüber der letzen deutschen Kirche in NY. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, aber die Zimmer sind so klein, dass sie gerade als Einzelzimmer tauschen. Das Verstauen eines Koffers ist nicht möglich. Und das nichts damit zu tun, dass in NY die Hotelzimmer klein sein sollen. Dem ist...

"1st night the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the phone didn’t work, streaming didn’t work and there was a roach that crawled out of the woodwork. The engineer came up twice. They were able to fix the door but nothing else. Next morning they changed our room. We had to store our bags and then move them again. The second room was fine, but the experience put a dent in our enjoyment of the trip."
