For a midpriced hotel in midtown, I was very surprised by the quality of service. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating of my early check-in and since one of their elevators was closed for maintenance, they gave me a 2nd floor room which was very convenient.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. Decent breakfast. The service was top notch, especially Luis in the breakfast service staff. The elevator being in repair was a big inconvenience but they gave us a low floor which helped access our room readily. Would definitely book again for the right price.

The best part was the breakfast and location. However, they only had one elevator working. So we had to go up and down the stairs, including with our luggage.
