Cari Hotel di Pekan Highlands

"Amazing Place absolutely wonderful place to stay"

"I honestly loved everything about my stay. The hotel staff was excellent from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff."

"We stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We were very disappointed, but we stayed the second night because we were so far from home and had no other choice. When we got to our room, there were spiderwebs all over the ceiling. That alone told us the room had not been cleaned properly in a long time. It got worse this morning. While we were still lying in bed, dirt fell from the ceiling and landed all over one of the beds. It was disgusting, and nobody should have to deal with that in a room they...

"We had a good stay. The room was clean even though a bit dated."

"Room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent."

"Fabulous place - great for our family weekend at West Point. Plenty of room, lovely kitchen, and lots of seating - whole group of us could watch the baseball playoffs. Terrific - not a single problem or complaint!!"

"The property was beautiful and clean. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. If there's an event, parking can be a little tough and there are lots of hills. However, the property staff do a great job of letting you know where the nearest slots are to your room, as well as assisting with any obstacles that may arise. They were all very friendly as well!"

"The heat was set to 75 so I didn’t sleep very well. I woke up with the sweats the food at the restaurant was one of the worst I’ve ever had."

"It's a dated hotel so don't expect nothing great. It's a place to rest your head for a nite or 2. Free basic breakfast included. Staff was all very nice and they make the most out of an older property. If you ask would I stay again for the price they charged, that is a definite NO!"

"Only one person at the front desk who was trying their best to help but had to keep answering phone calls as well. We have stayed here several times but hadn’t in a while and the facilities have definitely deteriorated. Very dirty elevators; cracked and peeling paint in bathroom. Slept poorly due to very loud traffic noise and noisy AC unit."

"The room had water damage, the sink was stuck and the flusher on the toilet was broken, yet functional. The staff was super helpful."

"Really close to everything to do in Sleepy Hollow for a great price and very nice!"

"Room was clean & beautiful. BUT! Pool was dirty & cold, hot tub was shut down (apparently for weeks) and none of that was mentioned at the check in. Love Sheratons, but will not stay at this particular one again."

"Very nicely organized. Loved the food too. Overall decorations were amazing. Definitely will recommend this hotel"

"Room was clean, staff was pleasant... overall great stay"
