The woman who greeted us came across as quite cold and unwelcoming, and her tone felt rough and off-putting right from the start. She also made it very clear that housekeeping would not enter the room unless specifically requested, which was communicated in a way that felt unnecessarily abrupt and uninviting. "The rooms and the lobby were fine, but the hallways were very rundown, the doors were old and hard to open, and the room itself could have been cleaner. Outside of the hotel was really rough too - I almost didn't want to stay. The parking lot looked deserted. Also...no secure wifi????"

The kitchen had everything, we also had a great shower, and everything in the room was of top quality. We were surprised. "Dilapidated exterior, passable but funky interior, seemed like low income apartment situation that i had to pay high price for. Evening it turned full party mode in parking lot and adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Luckily people quieted down at some point and my kid and I got decent sleep…but it didn’t feel safe or standard for an expensive motel."
