Clean room, nice staff everything was on point. But the thing is I was charge $127 which I was told if I eat anything from the minibar they’ll take it from my deposit. I drank apple and cranberry juice. Next day the charges my $5 extra from my account but I’m yet to recieve my refund of$127.
There aren't many options for breakfast. It has to be paid for at the time of booking. Additionally, there is no microwave in the hotel. However, the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
This property is very clean and updated and easy to get to off the interstate. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only reason this isn't a 5-star rating is because you can hear the room next to you very easily. Will absolutely stay again!
Staff at the front desk and restaurant were thoughtful and responsive. The hotel and room were beautifully designed. The decor made it feel very much like a boutique hotel. Thanks!

Room was very clean. You can hear absolutely everything from the person upstairs and next door sounding like they are in your room, to the vibration of the bed from a party on the main floor. Otherwise, the stay was great. Staff were wonderful. Everything was very clean.
We were there for a family gathering and the food & beverage staff are really great. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The problem... NOISE. My friends complained of hearing snoring, fighting, and loud TVs. I heard the chair being moved above me, and then at 4:00 a.m., someone next to my room must have had a bad dream and screamed. It scared the crap out of me and I couldn't get back to sleep. It's an old warehouse, and whoever built it out did not think about noise barriers.
There is too little help in the restaurant. We waited 15 mins to be seated before we decided to leave and go have breakfast somewhere else. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel can be noisy, but not too excessive.
