"The hotel was fantastic! Loved that you didn’t have to leave the site to enjoy a bit of everything! The check in staff was great. However the bar staff, SO SO RUDE. We walked up to the bar as we had a credit, and it was during happy hour. She took our order and never once checked in on us again, she had her back to us and all other parties the entire time. She literally took the man next to us’ orders with her back facing him, he was even confused. She acted as if every guest was bothering her....

The lack of air-conditioned in the room made sleeping difficult, as did the person snoring in the next room through the thin walls, not to mention the typical other guests talking loudly outside the room at 2 AM.
